Deposit and Resolution Guarantee Fund

Pursuant to the order of 5 August 2022, issued for the application of Article L. 1, 322-9 of the French monetary and financial code relating to the guarantee of management company services, Drakai Capital SAS, in its capacity as a management company approved by the AMF, is a member of the French Deposit and Resolution Guarantee Fund (FGDR).

The guarantee facility offered by the FGDR aims to compensate investors in the event of the unavailability of financial instruments and their cash held in violation of Article L. 533-21 of the French monetary and financial code in connection with the services provided by the management company. The facility does not cover the value of these financial instruments and cash-equivalent financial instruments.

The guarantee facility offered by the FGDR covers, on the date of determination of the inability to repay:

  • Units or shares in collective investment undertakings for which Drakai Capital SAS is the management company, registered in the investor’s name, as well as
  • the types and financial instruments defined in Article L. 211-1 of the French monetary and financial code, managed by the portfolio manager on behalf of this investor as part of the portfolio management service for third parties referred to in 4 of Article L. 321-1 of the same code.

The amount of the guarantee offered by the facility is a maximum of EUR 20,000 per investor. This amount applies to the cumulative amount of the financial instruments described above that are held, administered, or managed, and eligible cash held by Drakai Capital SAS.
